I just happened to stumble upon this page. My father, Charles Lokey, who passed away almost 9 years ago at age 82, was the original owner. He also had a cabinet shop somewhere in that location. He left there and moved to Aiken SC with the new Atomic Energy plant being built in 1950. I was born in 1955. It is so interesting to see the name still associated in the add! - Terry Lokey Dennis

Does any one know when Lee's Inlet Kitchen is closing for the winter. We would like to make an over night trip to the beach just to eat there. Love it!!! - Paul Smith

I've been eating at your restaurant since my parents took me over forty years ago. I love seafood and have eaten a ton of it in many places but you are absolutely the best seafood restaurant ever. I've had dinner with you as many as three times in one week. My next visit won't be soon enough. - Mark Scarbro

Hi Cindy...just want to make sure you got my fax regarding the gift card for our friend Karen in Winston-Salem...!! Also want to say that we love the food at Lees and can't wait to make a return to Myrtle Beach in the near future. Maybe you could send us some scallops or shrimp...that would surely entertain our appetite for craving your seafood....Thanks for Everything....Regards...Dan and Deb... :-) - daniel guild

We were just there last week. It is our all-time favorite restaurant in the area, and we try to get there at least once a year. You have the best seafood anywhere!! Can't wait to come back!! :D - The Ross Family

Jim is looking forward to celebrating his birthday at your restaurant. He really wants some of you famous Key Lime Pie. Thanks for all you do, Carol - Jim and Carol

We love the food and service at this restaurant. We have been coming here for over 40 years. We are looking forward to dinner there next week. - Jim and Carol

My wife and I just moved to Murrells Inlet and we like to eat out. Naturally we were drawn to the restaurants in Murrells Inlet because of the fresh sea food and the location. Lee's Inlet Kitchen was a pleasant and delicious place to eat. The people are so nice; the restaurant is immaculately clean and decorated in a way that made us feel very comfortable. The service was the best we’ve experienced since moving to Murrells Inlet. The waitress was always checking on us even if it was just a walk by, and she was very busy. The food was excellent, cooked perfectly and there was plenty of it. Try Lee's Inlet Kitchen, you will not be disappointed. - Craiger
