Haven't been to your resteraunt in 30+ years due to being out of country 08/22/2010. Finally back and taking the wife for her birthday tomorrow afternoon / evening. Hope it still is as good as I remember and not OVERLY expensive?? We will see.......... - Daniel Hill

Eford and my dad were double first cousins. My dad was born in Conway. Been coming to the Kitchen since I was a kid. From 1960-64, while in the Marines I stayed in the house nextdoor often on the weekends. Billy and Wallace and I many nights went down to the beach after closing. Raymond and Alzata and I stayed in touch over the years. Saw Alzata this past March in Live Oak FL. - Eddie Lee

Enjoyed a delightful evening dining with family last week. Lee's was our Dad's favorite place to eat....we're carrying on the tradition. - Carolyn

As always, we make a trip to Lee's during our MB trip. Just ate there last night. No one does justice to a seafood platter like you guys! Also, would you be willing to share your cole slaw recipe, it's so good w/out all the runny sauce. Just the perfect mixture. See you again next year......now if you could fix the traffic on 17 trying to get there, the world would be perfect! :-) - Carol Pace

Thanks so much for a delightful "early bird" dining experience!! This was our family's FIRST time dining at Lee's, but it will not be our last!! We were guests of Lakewood Campground and asked for a seafood recommendation from one of the staff...that's how we came to Lee's! We were NOT disappointed...best shrimp ever! My husband wonders STILL how anyone could eat more than was on his combination platter!! Seating was immediate, and our waitress was a sweetheart!! Thanks, again, for a delicious seafood treat!! - Judy Gardner

been dining at Lee's since the year it opened, which was the year I was born! My parents always went there at least 3 times a year when vacationing at MB. For the first time ever, I was disappointed in the food! Hushpuppies were overcooked...flounder was thin...what has happened? I have recommended this restaurant to my friends since the 70s! I will come again to see if quality is back to standard, if not, won't be back! This is so sad for me! It is traditional for us to eat there on our first and last nights at the beach. This year the first night was it for us! - Janett Boles

I have been coming to Lee's with my family since I was in High School (late 80's) - A few years ago, I introduced my wife to Lee's, and we still make it a regular stop when vacationing in Myrtle - and we stay up in the Northern End. We will be down for some Hushpuppies and Honey Butter (not to mention the shirmp and crab cakes) in the end of July - already looking forward to it! - Lee Thomas

I wish you did not close in December! That is the only time we visit Myrtle Beach and we never get to eat at the best restaurant in the area. Annually, I come down in December with 15 other starving golfers and every year we ride by ... only to be disappointed. :-( I remember eating with you years ago and have never stopped thinking about it. - SAD FROM OUT-OF-STATE
