Voted Best Seafood Restaurant in South Carolina by Southern Living Maganize 2023
Our fresh seafood is prepared in the same manner as it was originally, although the price has had to change with the times. (in 1948 a seafood platter was $1.50!) Many of the recipes used such as our Shrimp Salad and Creole, Tartar and Cocktail Sauces, Corndodgers and famous Onion Rings have been handed down from generation to generation. We hope you'll enjoy your dinner and come back to see us again soon.
Eford and Pearl Lee moved to Murrells Inlet in 1945 and began managing Lokey’s Restaurant - now Hot Fish Club. They then managed White’s Restaurant – formerly next door, but long since torn down. We stopped here from a recommendation from some family members. Nice quiet atmosphere. Phenomenal food. I got the black and blue salmon with pimento cheese grits and collard greens...
Our family enjoyed a FANTASTIC dinner at Lee's while visiting family in the area. The service was friendly and attentive. The food was DELICIOUS and the menu had something for everyone's taste. Additionally, they gratefully offer a discount to military and first responders that is much appreciated. Lee's is highly rated and recommended.
This was the best fried popcorn shrimp I've eaten in a very long time! The batter was perfect and the hushpuppies will melt in your mouth. I had coleslaw which was delicious and the baked potato was just right...
Hands down, the best seafood and hospitality in Murrells Inlet. We started with hush puppies. They were delicious and they kept them coming for as long as we could hold them. For appetizers, we had fried green tomatoes. Oh. My. Goodness. They were amazing...
